This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Komeer.com. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by no longer using this web site, provided that all prior uses of this web site shall be governed by this Agreement.

You agree that Komeer may delete your inactive account if you fail to sign in to your account for a period of 30 days.

All services are subject to reasonable use.

Registration

To register with Komeer.com you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

SMS Services

The delivery of SMS messages is largely dependent on the effective functioning of network operators’ cellular networks, network coverage and the SMS recipient’ mobile handset. Komeer.com cannot guarantee the availability of the service or delivery of SMS messages.

SMS prices vary
160 characters = 1 credit
The cost of a credit consists of the message cost (network operator), database, User care and handling cost.

In the event of any transgression of any applicable law, regulation, code of conduct, or any provision of these terms and conditions, or in the event of any complaint against a User being received by Komeer.com, then Komeer.com may in its sole discretion terminate services to a User without a refund of credits and without prejudice to any other rights that it may have in law or in terms of these terms and conditions.
